For maintenance purposes, it is used by mounting it on the manifold base when removing the valve or when the valve is scheduled to be installed.
Air supply / exhaust block
The standard type manifold has an air supply / exhaust block attached to the D side of the manifold.
It is used by adding it to the manifold when the air supply / exhaust flow rate is further increased.
* Due to the length of the internal lead wire, the number of air supply / exhaust blocks that can be added is up to 1 set between stations and 1 set at the U side end of the manifold, for a total of 2 sets.
* The air supply / exhaust block is not included in the number of manifolds.
Spacer for single SUP.
It is used as a supply port for different pressures, such as when using different pressures in the same manifold. (Use for 1 station) use by shutting off both sides of the station used by the supply pressure from the spacer for single SUP.
* Two cutoff points are required for each set.
* Electrical wiring is also connected to the number of manifold stations of the spacer for single SUP.
* The specifications of this spacer can be changed later (from single SUP. to single EXH.) by rearranging the pipe joint and block bush in the figure.
* There is no limit to the number of pieces when arranging them to be included in the manifold from the beginning, but when adding a single SUP. until.

If the valve exhaust affects other stations on the circuit, it is used when the valve is exhausted independently. (Use for 1 station)

Spacer for single SUP., EXH.
It is a spacer that combines the functions of the above-mentioned single SUP. spacer and single EXH. spacer.
* Two cut-off points are required for each set, SUP. and EXH.
* Electrical wiring is also connected to the number of manifold stations of the spacer for individual SUP., EXH.
* The specifications of this spacer can be changed later by rearranging the pipe fitting and block bush shown in the figure.

EXH. block bush / SSQ1000-BR
Use the EXH. block bush between stations where you want to split the exhaust, such as when the valve exhaust on the circuit affects other stations. It is also used in combination with a spacer for single EXH. to shut off when exhausting independently.
* Be sure to use the exhaust in the EXH passage so that it can be exhausted from the R port such as the air supply / exhaust block so that the exhaust pressure is not sealed.
[Blocking display sticker]
When blocking the EXH. passage with the EXH. block bush, a display sticker is attached to confirm the blocking point from the outside. (1 each)
* When ordering by incorporating the EXH. block bush into the manifold, a cutoff display sticker is affixed to the manifold.
Back pressure prevention valve [-B] / SSQ1000-BP
Prevents cylinder malfunction caused by other valve exhaust. It is used by inserting it into the R (EXH.) port of the affected valve manifold. This is especially effective when using a single-acting cylinder or when using an exhaust center type solenoid valve.
Name plate " - N" / SSQ1000-N3-number of stations (1 to maximum number of stations)
It is a transparent resin plate for sticking a sticker of the functional name of the solenoid valve.
For installation, bend it into the groove on the side of the end plate as shown in the figure and insert it. Also, since it is difficult to bend the name plate with a short number of stations, remove the silent cover before installing.
Blanking plug (For one-touch pipe fittings)
Insert into unused cylinder ports and SUP., EXH. ports.
Port flag / VVQZ100-CP
It is a plug that closes the cylinder port when the 5-port valve is a 3-port valve specification.
Built-in silencer, direct blowout [-S]
This type has an exhaust port on the upper surface of the end plate of the manifold. It has a built-in silencer and has a high muffling effect. (Silencer effect 30 dB)
Note) please note that if a large amount of drainage is generated in the air source, the drainage will be discharged together with the exhaust air.
External bilot specifications [-R]
When the air pressure used is lower than the minimum operating pressure of the solenoid valve of 0.1 to 0.2 MPa, or when it is used as a vacuum specification, it can be used as an external pilot specification.
The M5 port for the external pilot is installed on the upper surface of the air supply / exhaust block of the manifold.
Note 1) 4-position dual 3-port valve is not supported.
Note 2) for the external pilot specification valve, the pilot EXH. is an individual exhaust specification and EXH pressurization is possible. However, please use the pressure supplied from EXH. at 0.4 MPa or less.
Double matching fitting
Two valves are operated at the same time to drive a cylinder with a large pore diameter, doubling the flow rate. It is a fitting for the cylinder port used at this time. One-touch pipe fittings for ⌀8 and ⌀5/16 ".
Silencer (For EXH. port)
This silencer is used by inserting it into the centralized exhaust type EXH. port (one-touch pipe fitting).

Double matching fitting
In order to drive a cylinder with a large pore diameter, two valves are operated at the same time to double the flow rate. It is a fitting for the cylinder port used at this time. One-touch fittings for ⌀10 and ⌀3/8 ".
Silencer (For EXH. port)
This silencer is used by inserting it into the centralized exhaust type EXH. port (one-touch pipe fitting).
