    MISUMI precision locating pins can be selected in steel and stainless steel, aluminum, plastic and ceramic. Hardened diamond and cone shaped locator pins are extremely resistant to wear and damages. The available surface treatments (blackened, nickel-plated, hard chrome-plated, polished, hard chrome-plated and polished, and clear anodized) make the locator or centering pins resistant to a variety of environmental influences. Locator pins with internal or external threads facilitate assembly and disassembly. Positioning pins are also available with groove , notch and flat surface. The ISO tolerances h6, h7, g6, m6, n6 and p6 are available for press-in locating pins.


    The configurable sword pins are well-suited for length compensation and for minimizing the risk of tilting. Location pins with a collar precisely position workpieces in all axes. In many applications, centring bolts are indispensable, as they enable highly precise positioning of the components. For this reason precision locator pins are utilised in almost all industries of plant engineering and mechanical engineering.
